Vacation Day 5 {Disney's Hollywood Studios}

We were up and on our way bright and early for our first day of Disney fun. Despite having been to Disney twice before as a family, this was our first visit to Hollywood Studios. We arrived just before the park opened and after a quick potty stop (they always come at the most inopportune times) we passed though the gates and immediately hightailed it to Toy Story.

The ride clearly did not disappoint. The kiddies had so much fun that we fast passed the ride as soon as we exited.

Afterwards, we headed off to meet Phineas & Ferb. Belle & Peanut were beyond thrilled to meet their favorite characters. We were slightly disappointed that Perry or Agent P didn't make an appearance and Peanut was insistent that he wanted his picture taken with Candace. Sadly she was no where to be found so he had to settle for Ducky MoMo.

To fill in the rest of our morning Bear visited Mater & Lighting McQueen, we escaped the heat at Muppet Vision 3D, purchased souvenir Perrys (using spending money from YiaYia Terry & Papou Yianni) &  grabbed an early lunch at ABC Commissary.

Once we had refueled and rested it was time for our Toy Story fast passes. Hubby, YiaYia, & Bopi then ventured off to the Aerosmith Rockin Roller Coaster while the kiddies & I cooled off thanks to a few icy treats.

We then caught the 3:00pm outdoor performance of Beauty & The Beast; my all time favorite Disney movie. The show had the little ones on the edge of their seats from beginning to end and is certainly a must see. And speaking of must see shows, Disney Junior - Live on Stage! had each of my little ones singing and dancing along.

We took in a few more attractions including The Voyage of the Little Mermaid, before enjoying a scrumptious home cooked meal at 50's Prime Time Cafe. The food was delish & I am still craving the fountain vanilla coke. Hubby's cousin stopped in for a quick visit during dinner. He preforms at Disney & happened to be training that day at Hollywood Studios. After dinner, we headed back to the hotel for baths and bed…..Magic Kingdom in the morning!!! We are going all out: 14 hours straight…open to close. It will either be magical or miserable. I'm going to think positively.
