Plans to Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Bday

Tomorrow (March 2nd) is Dr. Seuss' birthday. I wanted to share my plans early so you can grab your Seussical supplies and celebrate too. For breakfast I'm serving up green eggs and ham (scrambled eggs with pureed spinach for color and bacon) and tablescape set with the Dr. Seuss items I have on hand. Nothing over the top, but another fun event on the home front.
