Peanut's Birthday Recap

On Friday Peanut celebrated his 4th birthday. We spent the day fulfilling his every birthday request. Upon waking up in the morning, he was transported into his birthday by way of the streamer doorway. Countless trips through the streamers have occurred and they are still intact surprisingly.

Then it was downstairs for the birthday breakfast of yogurt with granola…his favorite!

Later in the day, Hubby, Bear & I visited Peanut's school. We read two special birthday books (The Further Tales of Peter Rabbit and The Very Hungry Caterpillar) and shared in the birthday snack of angry bird graham crackers and juice.

After school, we headed to Top Golf for lunch and a lively game.

Once we returned home, Peanut opened his gifts. 

Even though this was the requested gift for months on end, the Thomas battery operated toothbrush was the clear favorite.

For dinner, we ventured to All Aboard Diner. Not much eating occurred as there was far too much to see and do.

Finally the celebration culminated with the singing of Happy Birthday (for the umpteenth time as it was sung to Peanut at every stop we made during the day) and the most scrumptious birthday cake. 

 The chocolate & butter cream cake was from our favorite bakery and his pure heaven on a fork or in Peanut's case, tongue……hey he's the birthday boy!

From the beginning to the end, it was a wonderful day with our precious 4 year old.
